Overview
The Smartlead integration lets you push contacts from your Enrow lists straight into a Smartlead campaign, with verified emails, phone numbers, and personalization data mapped to your campaign’s custom variables. No CSV exports, no re-verification.Emails found by Enrow are already verified, so you don’t need Smartlead’s verification add-on for leads pushed from Enrow.
Setup
1
Get your Smartlead API key
In Smartlead, go to Settings → API Keys and generate a new API key. Copy it right away, since it’s only shown once.
2
Connect Smartlead in Enrow
In the Enrow Dashboard, go to Integrations in the left menu, click Smartlead, and paste your API key. Enrow validates the key against Smartlead before saving it.
On a team account, only team admins connect the integration, and every team member can then push contacts through the shared connection.

Configure (optional)
Pushing works out of the box with a sensible default mapping. From the integration page you can also set:
- Default campaign: where pushes land when you don’t pick a campaign explicitly
- Field mapping: which Enrow fields feed which Smartlead fields and custom variables
- Push options: how duplicates and Smartlead’s protection lists are handled
Pushing contacts
From any Enrow list, push a single contact (contact row → Smartlead icon) or select multiple rows and use the bulk Push action. Pick the destination campaign (your default is preselected) and confirm.- The destination picker shows a green “Already pushed” badge on every campaign the contact was already sent to (with the date; for bulk pushes, a
pushed/selectedcount). A campaign that already contains every selected contact is greyed out but stays selectable, since re-pushing is a harmless no-op thanks to Smartlead’s own deduplication. - Contacts must have an email: rows without a found email are skipped and reported.
- After each push you get the counts of added, duplicate, and skipped contacts, and every push shows up in the integration’s History tab.
Field mapping
Default mapping (editable from the integration page):
Custom variables are created automatically on each lead when you push, so there’s nothing to set up in Smartlead. Use them in your sequences as
{{headline}} etc. (variable names are case-sensitive).
Push options
All defaults protect your deliverability, so change them only if you know what you’re doing:
Duplicates within the same campaign are always skipped by Smartlead.
