Overview

The Discord integration posts Enrow’s account alerts in one channel of your Discord server, next to (or instead of) the alert emails:
  • Low credit balance — when your balance drops below the threshold you set in Billing → Settings
  • API calls declined — when your API requests fail because you ran out of credits or your subscription is paused
  • Automatic refills — when a fast renewal or an auto top-up added credits to your balance
  • File processed — when a bulk file finishes, with the number of emails and phone numbers found
Enrow can post in the channel you pick and nowhere else, and reads nothing from your server.

Setup

Open the Discord integration in Enrow

In the Enrow Dashboard, go to Integrations in the left menu, filter on Alerts, and open Discord.
On a team account, only team admins connect Discord — the channel then receives the alerts of the whole team’s shared balance.

Click Add to Discord

Discord asks you which server and which channel Enrow may post in — you need the Manage Webhooks permission there. Pick them and confirm — no bot joins your server and nothing else changes. Enrow immediately posts an “Enrow is connected” message in the channel so you can see it works.Discord does not tell Enrow the channel’s name, only that a channel was chosen: the Enrow page shows it as chosen on Discord.
If you would rather not go through Discord’s authorization screen, use Use a webhook URL instead: in Discord, open Server Settings → Integrations → Webhooks, click New Webhook, pick the channel, then Copy Webhook URL and paste it into Enrow. Enrow posts the test message before saving it.

Choose where alerts go

The choice is made per alert, in Profile → Notifications: one row per alert — low credit balance, API calls declined, automatic refills — and one switch per destination — email, Slack, Discord, in-app. The Discord page only links there and shows which alerts currently post to your channel.The Slack and Discord switches are shared by the whole team and set by its admins; the email switches are personal to each member — except the low-credit email, which is set by the billing owner. Automatic refills have no email: they are posted to your channels only.

Good to know

  • Email is the fallback. If you switched the low-credit email off and no channel accepts the post — the webhook was deleted, the channel is gone — the alert email is sent anyway. An alert about an empty balance never disappears silently.
  • Permissions. Adding Enrow only creates one incoming webhook in the channel you chose. Enrow gets no bot, no role and no access to your members or messages, and cannot post anywhere else.
  • Where the choice shows up. The alerts posted to Discord are listed on the Discord page (read-only) and under the credit alert in Billing → Settings, each with a link to Profile → Notifications.
  • In-app notifications are unchanged. The bell in the dashboard keeps showing every alert whatever you choose.
  • Disconnecting removes the webhook and your Discord choices from Enrow. Alerts keep going to your other destinations. You can connect again at any time — every alert is posted again by default. To also remove the webhook on Discord’s side, delete it in Server Settings → Integrations → Webhooks.

Message reference

Every message is a Discord embed that names the alert, states the fact (balance and threshold, number of declined requests, credits added) and links to the relevant Enrow page. Messages are posted in the language of the account holder (English or French).
