Overview

The Instantly integration lets you push contacts from your Enrow lists straight into an Instantly campaign or lead list, with verified emails, phone numbers, and personalization data mapped to custom variables. No CSV exports, no re-verification.
Emails found by Enrow are already verified, so re-verifying them on import would just burn through your Instantly verification credits.

Setup

1

Get your Instantly API key

In Instantly, go to Settings → Integrations → API Keys and create a new key (API v2). Copy it right away, as it’s only shown once.API access is included on all Instantly plans. We recommend creating the key with the all:all scope; at minimum it needs campaigns:read, lead_lists:read, and leads:create.
2

Connect Instantly in Enrow

In the Enrow Dashboard, go to Integrations in the left menu, click Instantly, and paste your API key. Enrow validates the key against Instantly before saving it.
On a team account, only team admins connect the integration. Every team member can then push contacts through the shared connection.

Configure (optional)

Pushing works out of the box with a sensible default mapping. From the integration page you can also set:
  • Default destination: the campaign or lead list your pushes land in by default
  • Field mapping: which Enrow fields feed which Instantly fields and custom variables
  • Push options: how deduplication and import verification behave

Pushing contacts

From any Enrow list, push a single contact (contact row → Instantly icon) or select multiple rows and use the bulk Push action. Pick the destination (both campaigns and lead lists are supported) and confirm.
  • The destination picker shows a green “Already pushed” badge on every campaign or lead list the contact was already sent to (with the date; for bulk pushes, a pushed/selected count). A destination that already contains every selected contact is greyed out but stays selectable: re-pushing is a harmless no-op thanks to Instantly’s own deduplication.
  • Contacts must have an email, so any row without a found email is skipped and reported.
  • After each push you get the counts of added, duplicate, and skipped contacts, and every push shows up in the integration’s History tab. If your Instantly plan’s lead-upload quota is reached, Enrow tells you.
  • Campaigns managed by Instantly’s AI SDR feature are hidden from the picker, exactly as Instantly hides them in its own campaign list.
By default, Instantly skips a lead that already exists anywhere in your workspace (even in another campaign). If you want to run the same contact in several campaigns, turn off “Skip leads already in your workspace” in the integration’s push options.

Field mapping

Default mapping (editable from the integration page): Custom variables are created automatically on each lead when you push, with nothing to set up in Instantly. Use them in your sequences as {{linkedin_url}}, {{headline}}, etc. (variable names are case-sensitive).
